How does it work?
In just a few steps, sending a report is quick and easy:
- Connect to the web app via a simple URL, also available offline.
- Allow geolocation to report the exact location of an issue or suggestion.
- Select the report type and severity level, add a short description and, if you want, upload a photo.
- The report is automatically saved in the system and in the guest’s web app.
- All collected data is immediately available to operators, who can take action or evaluate improvements.
