Flow analysis

Thanks to the ability to classify and aggregate user behaviours and the goals achieved during a session (together with entry and exit URLs), K·Suite can trace the journey of an anonymous session across multiple websites. These flows are then grouped into homogeneous clusters, making it possible to analyse how each group contributes to achieving specific goals. 
Two practical examples:
1. The analysis can guide content creation and publishing decisions by highlighting differences in purchase journeys (not simple informational searches, but product/service sections) between two distinct clusters, such as users interested in outdoor activities and the family segment.

2. With K·Suite, you can compare cookie consent rates across portals or clusters, gaining an indirect measure of user trust. By analysing these differences alongside other variables you can improve communication and the effectiveness of digital actions.

The tool can also be used on third-party websites by simply adding a small JavaScript snippet. Tracking sessions, pageviews, and entry/exit events is automatic, while registering specific targets or goals can be customised via events, as in any tracking tool (through CSS classes or API calls).
