 One of the most attractive and well-organised tourist destinations in the Italian Dolomites, a leading winter holiday destination and the perfect place for all audiences, from families to sports enthusiasts.

Before we start, we listen

The initial analysis phase, which involved working closely with the Val di Fassa team, enabled us to define a detailed structure for the portal, considering all of the requirements, needs, and integrations.

 Easy and intuitive navigation for users who can find inspiration and information to plan their holiday and book events, all at the same time. The concept of simplicity has been embraced not only for users but also for those people who have to work behind the scenes, managing and updating the portal.

A portal for all seasons

A very distinctive offering for winter tourism which is duplicated in summer with a high added value offering featuring hiking, cycling and outdoor activities. In addition, the low seasons such as spring and particularly autumn are also important and are given their own prominence in the portal and on a dedicated landing page.

Pimcore Technology

Thanks to the use of Pimcore technology, the Val di Fassa team can organise their content, photos and videos quickly and easily. The design is intended to create an emotional bond and, at the same time, remain elegant and easy to read.

Coordinated Design & Brand Identity  

The graphic design uses the slant of the destination’s logo for certain elements. Red is the main colour of Val di Fassa, so the visual design was carefully produced to ensure that the colour is used harmoniously, to avoid a design that might be too aggressive or impactful. We created a set of customised icons that provide users with a fluid, simple browsing experience.

The go live of the new portal was unveiled at the TTG Travel Experience where, on the Kumbe stand, we welcomed Paolo Grigolli, director of the Val di Fassa tourist board, Sabrina Pesarina, CMO, and Francesco Abbatantuono, Project Manager. You can read what they had to say on our dedicated blog.

Kumbesmart in the Val di Fassa

In 2022, the Val di Fassa was also the destination for Kumbesmart!
The whole Kumbe team travelled to this beautiful Alpine valley for 4 days of work on location. A special opportunity for them to get to know us and, in turn, for us to meet and talk to the members of the Val di Fassa tourist board and the whole destination.
